This beautiful Antique Edwardian Suffragette ring has been modelled in 18ct Yellow Gold. It features an ornate gallery which has been set with three Amethysts which total approx. 0.80ct alongside two Peridots which total approx. 0.40ct and six smaller sparkling Diamonds.
Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine, their jewellery popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which were chosen to counter the masculine women’s rights stereotypes put forward by opponents. Green is for Give, white is for Women and violet is for Votes!
A fabulous ring which look fantastic when worn and supports the Women’s Rights movement.
